Volunteer Waiver

All volunteers must complete the required Participant Waiver, Release, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before participating in any Feeding the Lone Star volunteer activity. This requirement applies to all volunteers, including walk-ins, guests, friends, group members, and returning volunteers. A volunteer may not participate until the waiver has been completed. If a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required parent/guardian portion of the waiver before the minor participates. The waiver may be completed by QR code at check-in.
